Edward Fahnbulleh is a co-founder of FUEL Youth and a Liberian citizen who currently lives and works in Washington, D.C.. It was Edward’s vision for education across Liberia that inspired the inception of FUEL Youth. Edward is particularly passionate about early childhood education. By the end of 2013, Edward is planning to return to Liberia and serve as FUEL Youth Program Director in Liberia.
Sean O’Connor serves as the Executive Director of FUEL Youth. By day, Sean works for National Geographic’s Education Programs, working to build geographic edudcation around the U.S. and the globe. Sean has a master’s degree from Georgetown University in Communications, Culture, and Technology.
Katie Yocum Musisi is a director and co-founder of FUEL Youth. Katie brings a background in nonprofit, communications and coalition-building work to the organization. She can’t get enough of Liberia’s natural beauty and vibrant culture, and she is on a mission to grow FUEL Youth. By day, Katie works in rural development for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
